II. Booking Ecosystem and Partners
1. Integrated Booking Engine
To ensure a smooth, secure, and transparent user experience, LE FONT RIANT, S.L. processes its availability through the professional system TuriTop. This booking engine complies with the highest international data security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1), ensuring that your bank transactions and credit card data are processed under strict encryption protocols. Upon confirming a booking, the system issues an automatic locator that constitutes your boarding guarantee and maritime transport contract.
2. Presence on International Platforms
The excellence of our operation is backed by our continuous presence on the most prestigious global tourism platforms:
- GetYourGuide and Viator (TripAdvisor Group): As certified operators, our Dolphin Tour, Fishing Pro, and Sunset Gold services are also marketed through these portals. If you have formalized your booking through these third-party agencies, the cancellation, modification, and refund policies will be governed entirely by the Terms and Conditions accepted on those platforms. LE FONT RIANT, S.L. retains, in all cases, absolute responsibility for technical execution, service quality, and on-board safety.
- Google Reviews and TripAdvisor: We are committed to total transparency with our clients. The ratings displayed on these public profiles reflect real audits by users regarding our quality standards.
III. Sailing Conditions (Charter)
1. Meeting Point and Punctuality
Boarding for all our experiences invariably takes place at our operational base: Estepona Marina, Dock 5, Berth 220. We kindly ask passengers to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Any delay on the part of the client will reduce the effective time of their experience, and in no case will it entail an extension of the charter schedule or the right to claim a proportional refund.
2. Weather Policy and Captain's Authority
The safety of the passengers and the crew is the fundamental pillar of LE FONT RIANT, S.L. The final decision to set sail rests solely and exclusively with the Captain of the vessel, who has the legal authority to cancel or modify the route if weather conditions (winds exceeding 20 knots, rough seas, dense fog, or warnings issued by the Harbor Master) pose an objective risk.
- Operational Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions decreed by the Captain, the client will be offered an alternative date or time as a priority. If the client does not have flexibility, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued using the same original payment method.
- Non-Limiting Conditions: Cloudy skies, sporadic light rain, or cool temperatures do not constitute force majeure causes for cancellation, provided that the sea state ensures a comfortable and safe navigation.
3. Code of Conduct and On-Board Safety
- Legal Capacity: Under no circumstances and without exception will the maximum legal capacity of 12 people on board be exceeded.
- Clothing and Footwear: In order to maintain the teak and surfaces, the use of dark-soled shoes or heels that may mark or damage the deck is strictly prohibited. Passengers will be asked to walk barefoot or use white-soled boat shoes.
- Behavior: The Captain is the highest authority at sea. LE FONT RIANT, S.L. reserves the right to deny boarding or return to port immediately, canceling the service without the right to a refund, if reckless behavior, consumption of illegal substances, disrespect towards the crew, or any attitude that compromises the integrity of the vessel and its occupants is detected.
IV. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
In strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that personal data collected through our contact forms or via our integrated booking engine will be incorporated into a file for which LE FONT RIANT, S.L. is responsible.
