This website, leflotriant.com, is the official communication and booking channel for the vessel Le Flot Riant V (ACM 38 Excellence Model). The yacht charter activity is exclusively managed by the mercantile entity LE FONT RIANT, S.L., with VAT number B26819334 and registered office at CL. 28 DE FEBRERO, 0 - ATICO EDF LOS VERDIALES, 29680 Estepona (Málaga, Spain).
Our maritime operation strictly complies with current regulations from the Spanish Directorate General of the Merchant Marine and guidelines from the relevant harbormaster's offices along the Costa del Sol. Our vessel's dispatch authorizes a maximum legal capacity of 12 people (including crew), guaranteeing at all times the provision of mandatory safety equipment, life rafts, and valid civil liability and passenger insurance (SOVI) policies.

1. Integrated Booking Engine
To ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent user experience, LE FONT RIANT, S.L. processes its availabilities through the professional TuriTop system. This booking engine complies with the highest international data security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1), ensuring that your banking transactions and credit card data are processed under strict military-grade encryption protocols. Upon confirming a reservation, the system issues an automatic voucher that constitutes your boarding guarantee and maritime transport contract.
2. Presence on International Platforms
The excellence of our operations is backed by our continuous presence on the most prestigious global tourism platforms:
- GetYourGuide & Viator (TripAdvisor Group): As certified operators, our Dolphin Tour, Fishing Pro, and Sunset Gold services are also marketed through these portals. If you have booked your experience through these third-party agencies, cancellation, modification, and refund policies will be entirely governed by the Terms and Conditions accepted on those platforms. LE FONT RIANT, S.L. maintains, in all cases, absolute responsibility for technical execution, service quality, and safety on board.
- Google Reviews & TripAdvisor: We are committed to total transparency towards our clients. The reviews posted on these public profiles reflect real user audits regarding our quality standard.
III. Charter Terms & Conditions
1. Meeting Point and Punctuality
Boarding for all our experiences invariably takes place at our operational base: Estepona Marina, Pier 5, Berth 220. Passengers are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Any delay by the client will reduce the effective time of their experience, not implying in any case the extension of the charter schedule nor the right to claim or proportional refund.
2. Strict Weather Policy and Captain's Authority
The safety of passengers and crew is the fundamental pillar of LE FONT RIANT, S.L. The final decision to set sail rests solely and exclusively with the Vessel's Captain, who possesses the legal authority to cancel or modify the route if meteorological conditions (winds exceeding 20 knots, heavy swell, dense fog, or warnings issued by the Harbormaster) pose an objective risk.
- Operational Cancellation: In case of cancellation due to weather conditions decreed by the Captain, the client will be offered an alternative date or time as a priority. If the client has no flexibility, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued through the original payment method.
- Non-Limiting Conditions: Cloudy skies, sporadic light rain, or cool temperatures do not constitute force majeure causes for cancellation, provided the sea state guarantees a comfortable and safe navigation.
3. Rules of Conduct and Safety on Board
- Legal Capacity: Under no circumstances and without exceptions will the maximum legal capacity of 12 people on board be exceeded.
- Attire and Footwear: For reasons of teak and surface maintenance, the use of dark-soled footwear or heels that may mark or damage the deck is prohibited. Passengers will be asked to go barefoot or wear white-soled boat shoes.
- Behavior: The Captain is the highest authority at sea. LE FONT RIANT, S.L. reserves the right to deny boarding or return to port immediately, canceling the service without the right to a refund, in case of detecting reckless behavior, consumption of illegal substances, disrespect towards the crew, or any attitude that compromises the integrity of the vessel and its occupants.
IV. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
In strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that personal data collected through our contact forms or our integrated booking engine will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of LE FONT RIANT, S.L.
Purpose of Processing
- Operational and Administrative Management: Formalization of the reservation, issuance of billing, and preparation of the mandatory "Passenger List" required by the Harbormaster and the Maritime Civil Guard.
- Communication: Direct contact via email or phone to coordinate check-in details, report on possible weather changes, or manage special dietary requirements for catering.
- Security: Regulatory access control to the security pier facilities at Estepona Marina.
Legitimacy and Conservation: The legal basis is the express consent of the user when formalizing the reservation or inquiry. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, with the sole exception of port or tax authorities due to legal obligation. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and portability by sending an email to hello@leflotriant.com attaching a copy of your identity document.
