Are we sure to see dolphins?
The dolphins live freely in these waters and often join our trips, sometimes leaping right by the bow. But they are wild animals that we watch respectfully in their own habitat, so nobody can guarantee one hundred per cent that they will appear.
Can children come?
Yes, children are welcome and it’s a perfect family day out. On the shared trip they pay the same as adults (€40 per person), and on the private boat the price is for the whole group. On board they have soft drinks and water; cava and beer are only for over-18s.
What is the difference between the shared trip and the private boat?
The route, the length and what’s included are the same. On the shared trip you pay per person and share the boat with other passengers (12 at most). On the private trip the boat is just for your group, for a fixed price.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first, and the captain decides whether to set sail. If the trip is cancelled because of sea conditions (strong wind, rough sea, thick fog or warnings from the Harbour Master), we’ll offer you another date or time or give you your money back, at no cost. Clouds, light rain or cool weather are not reasons to cancel if the sea is safe for sailing.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you book on our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure: just call us or send us a WhatsApp message. Bookings made on other platforms, such as GetYourGuide or Viator, follow their own cancellation policies. Full details in our booking conditions.
What should I bring?
Sun cream, a cap and comfortable clothes, plus a swimsuit and towel if you’d like to try paddle boarding or snorkelling. On board we go barefoot or wear white-soled boat shoes to protect the teak deck. Drinks are on us.
