The most beautiful light of the day
We set sail in time to watch the sun sink below the horizon and the sea turn golden: the perfect setting for photos.
Dolphins at dusk
During the trip we look for dolphins at the calmest time of day at sea, always respectfully and at their own pace.
Gibraltar and Africa on the horizon
We sail with Sierra Bermeja as a backdrop and, when visibility allows, with the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa in view.
Ideal for celebrations
A romantic date, an anniversary, a proposal or a birthday: with the private boat, the sunset is all yours.

Questions about our sunset boat trip in Estepona
How much does a sunset boat trip in Estepona cost?
The shared trip costs €40 per person, adults and children (minimum 2 people). If you prefer a private boat, it’s €400 for the whole group up to 10 people; €40 per extra person (max. 12). Both last 2 hours and include cava or beer for adults and soft drinks and water for children.
What time does the boat leave?
The departure time changes throughout the year so that you’re at sea during the sunset: later in summer and earlier in winter. Winter timetable (from 25 October): departure at 16:00; as it gets dark earlier, that’s when the golden light arrives. You can see each day’s time in the booking calendar when you choose the date.
Where does the boat leave from?
From Estepona Marina, pier 5, berth 220. Please check in 15 minutes before departure: the captain will meet you at Gate 5 (the gate to pier 5) to welcome you aboard and set sail on time. View on the map.
Can you also see dolphins at sunset?
Yes: during the trip we go looking for dolphins, which often come close to the boat at this time of day. They are wild animals that we watch respectfully in their own habitat, though, so nobody can guarantee one hundred per cent that they will appear.
Can children come?
Yes, children are welcome and a sunset at sea is a lovely family outing. On the shared trip they pay the same as adults (€40 per person), and on the private boat the price is for the whole group. On board they have soft drinks and water; cava and beer are only for over-18s.
Can we celebrate something special on board?
Yes. With the private boat, the boat and the sunset are just for your group (up to 12 people) and you can play your own music: ideal for an anniversary, a proposal, a birthday or a hen or stag party. If you have any questions, call us or send us a WhatsApp message.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first, and the captain decides whether to set sail. If the trip is cancelled because of sea conditions (strong wind, rough sea, thick fog or warnings from the Harbour Master), we’ll offer you another date or time or give you your money back, at no cost. Clouds, light rain or cool weather are not reasons to cancel if the sea is safe for sailing.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you book on our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure: just call us or send us a WhatsApp message. Bookings made on other platforms, such as GetYourGuide or Viator, follow their own cancellation policies. Full details in our booking conditions.
What should I bring?
Sun cream, sunglasses and a light jacket: once the sun goes down, it gets cooler at sea. On board we go barefoot or wear white-soled boat shoes to protect the teak deck. Drinks are on us.
