How much does it cost to hold an event on a boat in Estepona?
The private boat for 2 hours costs €400 for the whole group up to 10 people; €440 if there are 11 of you and €480 if there are 12. It includes the bottle of cava for the toast and complimentary drinks. If you’d like more time at sea or have a special plan, ask us for a quote.
Can we bring a cake, food, drinks and decorations?
Yes. You can bring your own cake, food, drinks and decorations (balloons, bunting…) to give the celebration your personal touch. We provide the bottle of cava for the toast and the complimentary drinks.
Can the event last longer than 2 hours?
Yes. Online bookings are for 2 hours, but if you’d like more time at sea, write to us with the date, the number of people and what you have in mind, and we’ll prepare a tailor-made quote for you.
Which drinks are included?
We welcome you with a bottle of cava for the toast, and during the trip there is cava or beer for over-18s and soft drinks and water for children. If you’d like something else, you can bring your own drinks.
Can children come?
Yes, children are welcome: a birthday or a family get-together on a boat is a great plan with kids. The price is for the whole group (up to 12 people) and on board they have soft drinks and water.
What time can we set sail? Can we celebrate at sunset?
You can see the available times in the booking calendar when you choose the date. If you’d like to celebrate at sunset, book the private boat at sunset, also €400 for the whole group.
Do you organise corporate events?
Yes. A trip on the private boat is a different way to celebrate with your team or look after your clients, up to 12 people. Tell us the date and what you need and we’ll prepare a quote for you.
Where does the boat leave from and what should we bring?
From Estepona Marina, pier 5, berth 220. Please check in 15 minutes before departure: the captain will meet you at Gate 5 (the gate to pier 5) to welcome you aboard (view on the map). Bring sun cream and sunglasses. On board we go barefoot or wear white-soled boat shoes to protect the teak deck: no high heels.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first, and the captain decides whether to set sail. If the trip is cancelled because of sea conditions (strong wind, rough sea, thick fog or warnings from the Harbour Master), we’ll offer you another date or time or give you your money back, at no cost. Clouds, light rain or cool weather are not reasons to cancel if the sea is safe for sailing.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you book on our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure: just call us or send us a WhatsApp message. Bookings made on other platforms, such as GetYourGuide or Viator, follow their own cancellation policies. Full details in our booking conditions.
